88/12 Flagship Program

The 88/12 Flagship Program is the original program of TRC and is the closest program to your own authority without the headache of having your own authority. You pick and choose where, when, and how much you are paid for each and every load you haul. This program is perfect for small owner-operators who have their own customers and those comfortable negotiating with brokers and searching boards booking freight. and want the reputation of a large carrier behind them. Each driver will have a dedicated carrier representative who will help complete packets, get insurance certificates, and sign and build rate confirmations into the system.

For the first 30 days, you will be partnered with a dedicated driver dispatcher who will assist you in getting familiar with our processes and procedures. After the 30-day period, you will have the option to find and book your own loads or choose to stay with your dedicated dispatcher for a $75 per week deduction.

 

If you do not have your own trailer, you can rent dry vans, flatbeds, and/or refrigerated trailers from us.

Minimum Requirements to Drive with TRC:

* Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience

* No excessive motor carrier history

* Professionalism

* Safety Focused

* Customer Service Oriented

* Great running / DOT legal equipment

* Financially stable business owner

* Must be self-reliant when it comes to repairs and breakdowns

88/12 Flagship Program Mandatory Deductions:

ELD/Front Facing Camera $25.00 per week

Cargo/Liability $295.00 per week

Escrow $50.00 per week for 20 weeks totaling $1000.00

Plates (If needed) $50 per week for 34 weeks totaling $1700.00

Optional Deductions:

Trailer Rental $195.00-$450 per week (we have dry vans, flats, steps and reefers available)

DAT Loadboard $25.00 per week

Truckstop Loadboard $38.00 per week

Physical Damage Insurance- 4.5% of the value of the truck plus $45 for NTL/Bobtail*

Occupational Insurance $35.00 per week*
